We provide a subscription service that delivers Japanese magazines to corporate and individual customers overseas on a regular basis.

Our Role
We provide a magazine delivery agency service and are not the publisher of the magazines. The content, copyright, and intellectual property rights of magazines belong to their respective publishers.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to the following customers:
Corporations and businesses
Individuals
Conditions of Use
Provide accurate information when registering an account
Be located in a country or region where delivery is available (see "Shipping Policy")
Agree to these Terms
4. Account Registration
Accuracy of Registration Information
When registering an account, you must provide the following information accurately:
Name (or company name)
Email address
Shipping address
Phone number
Account Management Responsibility
You are responsible for properly managing your account information (such as passwords). We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in the following activities:

Harassment of Us or Third Parties
Harassment, threats, defamation, spam, etc.
Measures for Violations
If you violate any prohibited activities, we may suspend or delete your account and terminate service provision without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Magazine Copyright
Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of magazines belong to their respective publishers. We only provide delivery agency services and do not own copyrights.
Prohibition of Copying, Scanning, and Redistribution
You may not use purchased magazines for the following purposes:
Copying, scanning, or digitization
Redistribution to third parties (whether free or paid)
Publication on the internet
Exception:
Viewing for personal use is permitted.
7. Fees and Payment
Fee Structure
Product price: $100.00/month per pack (or $90.00/month with subscription discount)
Shipping: Varies by destination region (see "Shipping Policy")
Customs duties and import taxes: Customer's responsibility (see "Shipping Policy")
Payment Method
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. For subscription purchases, automatic billing occurs every 30 days from the initial payment date.
Payment Default
If payment fails, we may suspend service provision. If non-payment continues, we may delete your account.

9. Disclaimer
We are not liable for the following matters:
1. Magazine Content
Typographical errors, accuracy, or completeness of content
When magazine content differs from customer expectations
Suspension or discontinuation of publication by publishers
2. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays due to:
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Customs inspection delays
Shipping carrier strikes
Other force majeure events
3. Customs Confiscation or Return
If magazines are confiscated or returned by customs due to laws in your country of residence, we are not liable. Refunds will not be provided.
4. Customer Input Errors
If products are not delivered or are misdelivered due to incorrect shipping addresses, phone numbers, or other input errors, we are not liable.
5. Third-Party Services
We are not liable for malfunctions or delays in services provided by third parties such as payment processors (Shopify Payments) or shipping carriers (EMS).
10. Account Suspension or Deletion
We may suspend or delete your account in the following cases:

Engaging in prohibited activities
Payment Default
Failure to make payments
Fraudulent Activities
Fraud, impersonation, chargeback fraud, etc.
Other Cases Deemed Inappropriate by Us

Access to your account will be disabled
Already-paid products will be delivered, but refunds will not be provided
Re-registration may be refused at our discretion
11. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination
Prior Notice
When making changes to, interrupting, or terminating services, we will generally provide prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for damages to customers is limited to the amount paid in the relevant transaction.
Exclusion of Indirect Damages
We are not liable for the following damages:
Lost profits

Loss of business opportunities
Other indirect, special, or incidental damages
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by Japanese law.
Jurisdiction
In the event of disputes related to these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

We may change these Terms due to legal changes or service improvements.
