Can I customize the contents of a pack?
No, the contents of each pack cannot be customized.
We deliver only authentic, carefully curated magazines that are visually and structurally optimized for trend research.
What magazines will I receive?
Each pack includes 5 carefully selected magazines by category.

I'd like to purchase 2 packs. Can you ship all 10 magazines together?
Shipping costs vary by region. Please contact us via our contact page if you'd like to purchase multiple packs, and we'll provide options.
Do the magazines include their free inserts (furoku)?
No. All free inserts are removed before shipment.
Free inserts are produced for free distribution within Japan only, and selling or distributing them internationally is prohibited under Japanese publishing law.
Are English translations included?
No, the magazines are delivered in Japanese without translation.
When will I be charged?
For subscriptions, your second payment will occur 30 days after the first payment.
Example:
Feb 10: First payment → Mar 10: Second payment
Can I get an invoice under my company name?
After your purchase, you can view the order summary on the order confirmation page.
Please print it from there.
If you need additional documents, please contact our support team.
Can I cancel or skip my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription anytime.
Please select "Manage Subscription" from your account page.
If you cancel within the billing month, a refund is available.
For refund requests, please contact us at support@zasshipack.com.
When will my order be shipped?
Magazines published in the current month are shipped from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service) in the first 10 days of the following month.
Shipping schedule example:
Feb 10 payment → Magazines published in Feb ship between Mar 1–10
Mar 10 payment → Magazines published in Mar ship between Apr 1–10
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region (North America, Europe, Asia) and package weight.
What about customs duties?
Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).
However, in most countries, magazines are classified as "Printed Matter" and are exempt from duties or subject to reduced rates.

Important: ZasshiPack does not pay duties on your behalf (DDU terms). If customs charges are applied upon delivery, you are responsible for payment.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Is ZasshiPack an official service from the publishers?
No. ZasshiPack is a purchasing and subscription delivery service and is not a direct sales agent for the publishers.
However, we source 100% authentic magazines through legitimate distribution channels in Japan and ship them internationally in compliance with applicable licensing agreements.
